Start with one piece of work
Choose a recurring task that takes too much effort, depends on scattered information, or is difficult to do consistently. It might be preparing a briefing, answering questions from company documents, or bringing together information that several people currently assemble by hand.
Investigate before you build
We begin with a focused, paid investigation of one workflow, taking about ten working days once the agreed inputs are ready. We speak with the people doing the work, examine a sample of the material they use, and run a small test. The investigation costs £3,000 plus VAT, with the scope agreed in writing before we start. It includes up to two interviews and one agreed sample of material.
You receive a demonstration using the agreed sample; findings showing what worked, the sources behind the results, and where the test failed; and a recommendation to proceed, change the approach, or stop. If the test shows that this is not worth building, we’ll explain why and recommend what to do next.
Connecting a system to your live operations is a separate stage.
Build on what works
If the investigation supports going further, we agree the next stage of research and development: what to build, how your team will use it, and how we will judge whether it works. Our R&D sprints typically run 4-8 weeks and deliver working systems, not proof-of-concepts. We use a multi-model architecture, so you are not locked into a single AI provider as the technology evolves.
