At Activate Intelligence, we’re exploring innovative ways to apply artificial intelligence to the analysis of parliamentary proceedings. Our recent project has led to the development of a new architecture that facilitates collaboration between AI agents, aiming to improve the efficiency and depth of our analysis.
Meet the Team: Bir, Iki, Üç, and Dört
Our approach involves a team of specialized AI agents named Bir, Iki, Üç, and Dört, each contributing to a stage in the process of updating and enriching a dedicated database with valuable insights.
Bir: The Initial Processor
Bir is tasked with the automatic retrieval and analysis of XML files from parliamentary records. It segments these files into individual contributions, storing them in a graph database, ensuring a structured and up-to-date foundation for further analysis.
Iki: The Data Analyst
Following the groundwork laid by Bir, Iki examines the statements stored in the database, focusing on specific keywords provided by our clients. Using a combination of OpenAI GPT3.5 and GPT4 models, it synthesizes the data related to these keywords into concise documents, facilitating a clearer understanding of the discussions.
Üç: The Report Creator
Üç is designed to compile detailed reports based on chosen keywords and time periods, allowing for targeted exploration of parliamentary discussions. This functionality provides insights into the nuances of legislative debates and trends.
Dört: The Enhancer
Dört operates asynchronously to enrich the database further, incorporating open data from the chamber. This includes detailed information on bills, motions, and politician affiliations, among other analytical tasks, thereby adding significant value to our analysis.
The Graph Database: Structuring Insights

Our system utilizes a graph database to store nodes and relationships, offering an intuitive representation of the interactions between various data points. This structure enables efficient navigation and extraction of meaningful insights from the complex web of parliamentary activities.
Available on Spritz
We have integrated these AI agents with the Spritz platform, allowing users to request reports from Üç using specific keywords and time frames.
Looking ahead our goal is to further refine the querying capabilities of our database, introducing more sophisticated prompting mechanisms to accommodate a wider range of inquiries. This includes enhancing the system to not only analyze what has been discussed regarding certain keywords but also to identify specific stances of parliamentarians and generate summaries of discussions over selected periods. Additionally, we aim to improve the output quality to align with specific stylistic preferences.
